FOUNDATION CLASSES
The Foundations Sessions are recommended for anyone who is new to CrossFit, these 60-minute sessions are set out to provide any new member with the skills required to take part in CrossFit WOD’s (workout of the day). Not only will this be a fun experience but a vital chance to learn the skills needed to be safe and efficient when moving.
CROSSFIT PROGRAMMING
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
KIDS CLUB
Our Kids club consists of three major programs; Kids, Pre-teens, and teen classes. Our programs are custom designed for children to burn energy, practice safe movements, and participate in a class setting that promotes positive social interactions & build self-esteem.
Our program was created to help kids get active, fit, and strong. In classes we play games, run, climb, jump, lift, and throw.
UNLOADED
Simply put, this is a class for those seeking to exercise with low weights, high repetitions and get their sweat on! It’s a mix of aerobic conditioning, strength training, and core exercises.
It’s for EVERYONE!!!! All fitness levels from beginners to top-performing athletes.
Whether you’re new to exercise, taking a break from heavy lifting or looking for more exciting workouts other than your traditional gym, then you should give this class a try!

With the supervision of trained instructors, we teach kids sound techniques in gymnastics and the basics of weightlifting with zero to low weights.
